The gym saved my life during a period of time when circumstances were piling up on me and wearing me down mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Luckily, I already had a foot in the fitness door from playing sports in high school.
One day, everything clicked for me. I learned to channel all of my negative emotions and the stresses of life into the weights I was moving. The gym became my outlet, a place I could take the negative and turn it into a positive. It was a place I could get out of my head and into my body.

I am now blessed to be at a point in my life that I can now give back. I have a genuine love and respect for fitness, particularly bodybuilding. Using everything I've learned and continue to learn, I want to encourage others to find their love for fitness and help them achieve the bodies they dream of, all while experiencing the positive mental side effects of exercise.
