My name is Andrew Ross, I have a deep passion for exercise and helping others. ​

Academically, I am pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with aspirations to go to Physical Therapy School as I continue to aid others in their fitness journeys. ​
​
I enjoy researching new information about lifting to better help my personal growth and others' growth as well. Muscle physiology has always been a specific passion and I plan on finding ways to study and use it in my future aspirations.​

I'm looking forward to working with you and using the knowledge I've acquired in my three plus years of dedicated training, as well as the knowledge I will continue to accumulate, to aid you in your fitness journey!
