I’m Robert Snyder and I am the Head Strength Coach here at Alexander Fitness.

Becoming a world-ranked powerlifter taught me a great truth: Raw strength is the great equalizer. When we strive to reach our true potential by becoming brutally strong we achieve new levels of confidence, conditioning, strength, and aesthetics. Levels we always dreamed of!
My goal is to unleash the latent power for all of us as we try to age gracefully, and to also spread the joy of strength training with those around me. I’ve coached over sixty clients from all walks of life both in person and online.
I’ll improve the quality of life for everyone at any level, whether it’s your first day touching a barbell or you are looking at becoming an elite powerlifter. As a plus; I include combat conditioning to increase the joy's of training and to allow you to grow your confidence in your day-to-day life.
