"Milo" Program
Milo was a ancient wrestler from the 6th century BC from the ancient city of Croton. Milo of Croton was dominant in his career at the Olympic, Pythian, Isthmian, and Nemean games. He accomplished so many feats of strength that he was immortalized in Greek culture. What stands out to me about Milo is how he gained his strength.
When Milo was a boy, he decided he would lift a calf on his shoulders and carry it a ways. He did this every day for 4 years. By the end of it, that calf was a full grown bull, and Milo still carried it every day. Milo slowly built his strength every single day, and that is the goal of this program.
The Milo Program is a Bodybuilding focused program and is designed for beginner and intermediate lifters who have hypertrophy (growth) as their goal and who want to really dive into bodybuilding. Advanced lifters can run this program if it fits their goals too. The goal of this 12-week program is to push your body in ways it has never experienced, promoting muscle growth and increasing strength by utilizing the same principles taught by advanced exercise scientists across the globe.
